I firmly believe by bringing awareness and intentionality to our lives, we connect with our true strength and have the opportunity to change our lives for the better.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can foster self-awareness, explore your values, and connect with your inner resilience and sense of self. I will work with you to identify the strengths you already have while introducing concepts from my experience and education to help you craft your unique path toward growth.
Sometimes therapy involves exploring those areas of your life you would normally shy away from and I strive to be a partner as you take those brave steps toward self-discovery.
