Diet culture's insidious messages have confused many of us and complicated our relationship with food and our bodies. If you or your teenager is struggling with shame, guilt, and worry around eating, I teach self-compassion skills that support a holistic, intuitive, and confident way of living. I have a passion for providing brave spaces for individuals living in marginalized bodies and am a LGBTQIA+ gender affirming care provider. I love helping people of all ages become confident, intuitive eaters and rebuild their relationship with their bodies.
I recognize that body acceptance may not be accessible to all, so I work with body respect and trust to help guide you on your path towards body liberation. I use ACT, DBT, and CBT along with a variety of other tools I have learned from my experience working at the residential, php, and iop levels of care for eating disorder treatment.
I love building collaborative relationships with individuals looking for anti-diet practitioners seeking to make peace with their bodies in a creative, nonjudgmental space.
