I integrate creative arts into sessions to help my clients get back in touch with their bodies and tap into their imagination. I use several approaches to therapy, including IFS, EMDR, and DBT. I specialize in working with people who have left the church, people who still identify as Christian, and people in the LGBTQIA+ community.
