Throughout my social work career I have worked with many diagnoses, those with abuse histories, trauma and victims of violent crimes. Many anxiety and depressive disorders have root in the trauma we experience in our lives. Using CBT or Trauma-Focused CBT, we explore those feelings and learn ways to reduce the negative reactions associated with them.
