An 8-week process and skills training group for high school students with the primary goal of providing teens a safe and nurturing environment to express themselves authentically while learning how to relate to themselves and their peers in new ways. Group participants will have an opportunity to process their thoughts and feelings related to teen life while learning how to cope with stressful situations, regulate emotions effectively, and develop self-control while navigating peer relationships, academic pressures, and parental expectations.
