I specialize in working with children and teens struggling with anxiety, stressful life transitions, perfectionism and ADHD. I'm passionate about making therapy a safe space for my clients to explore their challenges, develop coping strategies and build resilience, and create meaningful change. The students I work with are often high-achieving, yet overwhelmed with high expectations, struggle to stay focused, and experience intense worry and rumination. My goal is to empower my clients to discover more self-acceptance, manage their emotions effectively, and thrive in all areas of their lives.
I've spent the last five years providing school-based counseling services. I'm passionate about helping my clients navigate their challenges through a blend of evidence-based therapy and compassionate support. I help kids through college-age students in developing coping skills, enhancing self-esteem, and fostering resilience to thrive in their daily lives.
I provide a safe, down-to-earth and collaborative relationship with my clients in which they can freely express themselves, leading to healthier ways of thinking and living.
