My work history includes University Counseling Centers and Integrative Care, commonly using a "mind, body, wellness" approach for teens and adults. My experiences have given me knowledge in areas of suicide screening/prevention, autoimmune diseases, mindfulness based approaches, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
