The foundation of my work with my clients is to build a strong therapeutic relationship. This is an integral part of a positive treatment experience and outcome. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy along with other approaches to fit each client's needs. I work alongside my clients to develop a treatment plan so the clients can play an active role in their goals for therapy.
Having worked with people from all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and therapeutic needs gives me the experience I need to help a variety of people with their needs. I'll help you discover effective coping strategies by using your own strengths to help you navigate your struggles. I will present therapeutic challenges to help you consider alternative perspectives.
