I particularly have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults focusing on identity development, life transitions, attachment/relationships, and anxiety. I make use of various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
For me, being a therapist means being an advocate, an ally, and someone’s biggest supporter.
