I view my role as a therapist to support and assist individuals in making changes in their lives. This is done through learning about the individual, providing education and introducing skills to create the changes that the individual is wanting. Working together we will identify the obstacles and patterns that have interfered with the wanted changes. My style is to use structured set of tools from the evidence based methods so that individuals can meet their therapy goals.
I typically work with individuals who have difficulties with managing work, home, relationship or life stressors that are impacting their daily living. In addition to assisting family members with providing resources and psychoeducation on diagnosis and tools.
