I am passionate about taking this journey with you, and I realize that life is not always easy, and we may feel like everything is falling apart, but it’s how we get back up is what matters.

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of all of my clients including therapies such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
