Bloom Counseling and Coaching empowers individuals to connect with their true essence through an embodied therapeutic approach to emotional health and healing. I work with teen, women and couples on issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, post-partum depression, relationship issues and grief/loss.

I am a certified yoga instructor through CorePower yoga. I now offer yoga therapy sessions! This is my biggest passion-using yoga techniques, breath work and mindfulness to help my clients. In addition to yoga therapy, I use an eclectic counseling style in my practice, but I also practice EMDR therapy, CBT and Mindfulness Based Therapy.

I strive to focus on my client's individual needs and to assist my clients in finding solutions to their particular life challenges. My Vision: To provide a safe, comforting haven and respite for teens and adults who are struggling with internal and external pressures of everyday life.
