I believe in working alongside my clients in a collaborative approach that is client centered, strengths based, and wrapped in a trauma informed, attachment lens. I am certified in PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) and Nature Based Therapy.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new podcasts, or finding a quiet space to read or write.
