I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma and relational wounds, suffer from anxiety or depression, struggle with self-esteem and identity, or feel emotionally disconnected from themselves and others. I offer a somatic approach that incorporates body, mind, and spirit to affect lasting positive change in your life.
