Hi! My name is Nicole Vaccher and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For the past 5 years I have practiced therapy in a variety of settings with various clients accumulating multiple approaches to best serve my clients. For the past almost 2 years I have worked with first responders and their family's treating anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, marital issues, divorce, family, PTSD, stress, and grief. I embrace Solution-Focused Therapy techniques and approaches in most of my sessions to provide my clients with goal setting that promotes healing progress.
I create a nonjudgmental, empathic and genuine environment with my clients. I support their progress with opening up and processing their thoughts and feelings by actively listening and engaging with them.
Goal setting is always collaborative and intentional. I believe the success of therapy relies on the clients desire to create goals that they believe are manageable with the therapist.
