I work with couples across the life span who are navigating conflict, struggling to communicate, or feeling completely at odds. I work with couples with myriad narratives and conflicts ranging from pre-marital couples, couples expanding their family, those facing parenting issues, or those who have grown apart. I treat adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, mood related disorders, symptoms of trauma and eating disorders. I pride myself in utilizing evidence-based modalities, collaborating with other providers, and approaching treatment goals as a shared venture with my clients.
I am trained in various modalities though my work is closely aligned with the agreements held within Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I became a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician in 2022. In DBT we agree that while we may not have caused our own problems, we have to solve them nonetheless.
I understand that relational therapy can be intimidating, trust that I will work with everyone involved to ensure the space is safe and everyone has the opportunity to be vulnerable. I am an active clinician and strengths focused provider.
