It is normal amidst abrupt transitions to feel stuck, angry, confused, or that you do not recognize yourself. I specialize in helping people find their sense of self and inner purpose again as they navigate shifts such as illness, grief, injuries, caregiving, relationship ruptures, and career changes. My work involves providing compassionate, yet direct guidance and reflection to help you access strengths, resilience, and direction during complex transitions in your life.
With training in ACT and MBSR, my approach is rooted in unconditional positive regard and acceptance, as well as the mind-body connection. I am trained in bereavement counseling. My style is relationship based and psychodynamic. Throughout my career, I have supported people enduring serious health diagnoses, including oncology and palliative care teams.
Asking for help when we are hurting is not easy, and I am here to answer any questions you have about the therapy process. You'll be met with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgement.
