I have extensive experience treating a variety of mental health diagnoses, including Bipolar Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
I utilize a holistic, integrative, and person-centered approach to treatment. I focus on Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Psychodynamic approaches.
