I specialize in treating perinatal mental health needs and infant loss. I specialize in supporting biological, foster, adoptive, and kinship parents/caregivers in addressing their own mental health needs and coping with the challenges of their journey as parents. This includes the areas of attachment, trauma, and abuse/neglect related concerns.
My style is warm, genuine, compassionate, and down to earth. I use a variety of therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, behavioral activation, and solution focused therapy. The work I do is trauma informed and rooted in attachment theory. I work primarily with adults but also pregnant or parenting teens.
