I provide a compassionate, down-to-earth, accepting and personable space for clients to gain insight into how their experiences and struggles interfere with daily life. I offer evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR and DBT, to assist clients with processing and healing from trauma and impactful issues at their own pace and readiness.
