I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am familiar with working with patients with moderate to severe symptom intensity. I also love group therapy! I have 5 + years experience working with the LGBTQ+ community.
