Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Life can be challenging and everyone deserves support. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience in a variety of settings including in-home, outpatient, and school based. I truly believe the most important part of therapy is a strong rapport. I use empathy, humor, and open mindedness to create a genuine connection and peaceful environment for my clients.
I provide individual and family therapy for ages 12+. I specialize working with adolescents, families, and young adults struggling with a variety of issues including life transitions, social issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief/loss. I incorporate the use of creative intervention such as art and play to engage clients and meet you where you are at.
Therapy is not a one size fits all. Each person and family has a unique set of strengths to guide them on their journey. Together we can explore dynamics that will help you live a life you are proud of. I’d love to connect to see if we’re a good fit.
