Dealing with stress, confusion and facing daily challenges, at times, can feel overwhelming. I am here to help. I focus on individuals and families who are feeling stressed, needing to enhance quality of life and experiencing adjustment at home, work and school. I work with individuals of all ages (6+) and some of my specialties include trauma, school issues, self esteem building, emotional regulation, managing social relationships and healthy communication. Building a safe, trusting relationship to explore thoughts and feelings in a comfortable setting is ideal to start making positive changes.
My style is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgemental. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but use a variety of techniques to help you reach your goals. I hope to help you become more self aware, provide a different perspective, and give you the skills you need to feel a healthier, well balanced life.
