I have experience working with adult individuals, couples, and families at the outpatient treatment level. I provide services to address depression, anxiety, transition/adjustment issues, emotional issues, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, grief/loss, trauma, substance use, anger management, narcissism/co-dependency, self-harm, stress, and relational/sex issues.
I believe the human experience, which is filled with its ups, downs, and challenges was never meant to be experienced alone, but rather with the support and trusting connection of other people. This belief is the core of my practice and ultimately what I am seeking to provide to each and every client. I am a veteran, mother, cat-lover, and aspiring yogi.
