I am dedicated to providing high-quality neuropsychological/psychological assessments (ages 9 and up), as well as individual and group therapy services (ages 18 and up). My goal is to help individuals lead more fulfilling lives. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy. I hold a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. I have worked in various university counseling and community mental health settings providing comprehensive care to individuals and groups. I have extensive experience addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relational problems, identity development concerns and multicultural issues.
I understand each client is unique, so I work with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and concerns. I strive to provide services that allow clients to make informed decisions about their care. My approach to treatment is integrative, incorporating CBT, ACT, interpersonal process, and emotion regulation.
