I have experience working with children, adolescents, and their families who have a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD/ADD, anger, behavior problems, adjustments, and PTSD.
I use a practical approach with my clients, working with their strengths to set and reach goals. I have experience using Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art and Play Therapy Techniques.
