Through each individual therapeutic relationship, I encourage clients to utilize new coping skills to manage symptoms, and move forward in their healing journey. I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and often utilize a combination of coping skills to meet each individuals needs.
Each session is focused on guiding you through the healing process in a supportive and safe environment. I often work with people who suffer from symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and many other difficulties.
