What does it truly mean to be happy? Some people define happiness as having enough money to support themselves or a family. Some people find happiness in travel. There are many that just want to be able to stop feeling scared of leaving their house. While others just want to figure out how to get out of bed in the morning and parent their children. Life can be challenging sometimes, and we find ourselves feeling alone. I became a therapist for that very reason. I did not want anyone I met to feel that loneliness. There is so much beauty in feeling supported, and knowing you have someone in your court cheering you on.

As a therapist, I would like to believe that I am kind and empathetic. I am a good listener, easy to talk with and try my best to create a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment for my clients. I don't judge and am open to learn new things.
