I help clients understand their emotions, learn coping skills, and examine unhelpful relationship dynamics and thought patterns that impact their happiness.
My unique life experiences have equipped me to work with a diverse population of hurting people. I am fluent in Spanish and have experience providing bilingual therapy. My approach to counseling is eclectic and includes person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EFT, and relational.
