Nicole founded, The Center Method (TCM), a group therapy practice licensed in CA, TX, and NY. TCM is dedicated to providing compassionate, effective care for individuals and couples facing trauma, depression, anxiety, and challenges of neurodiversity. Our approach is rooted in attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and a range of traditional and alternative modalities including EMDR. Through a collaborative process, we build personalized treatment plans to meet your specific needs in order to process and release emotions that remain stuck from past experiences.
We offer trauma-informed psychotherapy for teens, adults, and (neurodiverse) couples. Using traditional and alternative modalities such as attachment theory based psychotherapy, family systems therapy, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), we strive to make a genuine connection to help inform our approach.
