I have experience working with teens, adults, and couples dealing with issues including general life changes, premarital counseling, marriage concerns, relationship issues, infertility, postpartum depression, parenting, depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
I offer a strength-based, emotion focused approach. My work focuses on reframing ineffective thinking patterns, strengthening relationships, and promoting a holistic approach to healing.
