Life can be stressful and full of challenges- some harder than others. You don't need to do it alone and I am here to help. I can help by normalizing and guiding the feelings brought up by living in a fast paced, outcome, and image based world. We can work to determine the underlying causes of your symptoms and discover a way forward.

I can be there to hear your struggles, cheer for your triumphs, and help you to problem solve in ways that maybe you haven't thought of and are maybe more relevant than your parents solutions.
