I work with individuals ages 16 and up suffering with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression among other challenges. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment for my clients to gain a deeper sense of awareness, understanding, and healing. I work with clients who are seeking a mind-body centered focus along with increased coping skills based in cognitive behavioral, trauma, and solution focused modalities. In my practice I am sensitive to how family systems along with sociocultural and systemic factors impact individual development and wellbeing.
I integrate somatic and experiential practices with equine facilitated psychotherapy often in the natural environment. This unique approach offers clients the ability to begin to find safety within themselves and in the world. The blend of somatic and cognitive based treatments provide holistic and lasting healing for my clients.
If you are struggling to feel a sense of safety, calm, and confidence within, and are looking to increase your ability to manage symptoms from an eating disorder, trauma, anxiety, or other challenges, I can help. I provide a compassionate rounded approach to therapy that is guided by your needs and goals. Sessions offered in office or small farm setting.
