My goal is to empower you and guide you toward your goals, whether they involve improving your family relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or dealing with work or school stressors.
As someone who experienced infertility, I can relate to people going through that painful chapter. Infertility is difficult, mentally and physically, and can be especially hard on marital/partner and other family relationships. Talking to someone who is aware of the issues that arise can help you to address the difficulties thoroughly and compassionately.
I'm also an adoptive parent, so I'm personally and professionally well-versed in the questions, concerns, and problems related to adoption. When working with adoptive or foster families, I use an attachment-focused approach that facilitates secure attachments between parents and children, particularly with a history of trauma.
