I use a client-centered approach to uncover the obstacles holding you back and the strengths you possess, to help you navigate through life on your terms. I am trained in EMDR and Motivational Interviewing to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I incorporate movement and nature into my practice, in recognition of the mind-body connection.
Clients who work with me appreciate that I am non-judgmental, easy to connect with, and use evidence-based practices. I genuinely enjoy supporting the healing and growth of each of my clients.
