I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Health & Functional Nutrition Coach . With a passion for holistic wellness, I understand that mental, physical and spiritual health are interconnected, and therefore, work with my clients using a holistic therapeutic approach to address all aspects of their well-being. In addition to traditional therapy sessions, I also offer functional nutrition and health coaching sessions as well as guidance (preparation and integration) sessions for individuals who are participating in plant medicine and/or psychedelic healing sessions or therapies.
In sessions, my approach utilizes a variety of traditional therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness practices along with goal-setting and wellness coaching/ education to empower clients to make helpful, long lasting changes in their lives. It is my passion to help others feel their best.
