Hello, my name is Nicole and I am a female identified Multi-Racial Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Trauma. I entered this field after realizing that I was always the person others went to for advice when going through difficult times. I've been practicing for three years and work with individuals ages (9 and up) from various cultural backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, childhood trauma, and other personal challenges. I work in collaboration with other therapists as a team to benefit all my clients.
Although I work with several theoretical approaches, I consider myself a humanistic therapist. I believe that using the person-centered approach allows people to share their stories and concerns in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
