Hello! Looking for a therapist can be difficult and you have done the first step! Congratulations! Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) focusing primarily on: depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges/divorce and trauma. I utilize a person centered approach pulling from treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I only have openings Monday - Thursday 11:00am-3:00pm in person and virtual. Evenings after 4:00pm Virtual Only.
I provide a holistic approach which helps you to recognize that the mind, body, soul, and environment as well as our past and present are all connected. Therapy is a journey and I will help you to work though challenges and recognize your successes.
Life is messy and sometimes we have no idea how to handle it. We will create new and realistic coping skills for you to manage your daily life and the curve balls that get thrown our way.
