Using a holistic approach to overall health and well-being, I assist client's in doing the work necessary to feel better. Some of my specialties include stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, pain management, chronic health conditions, relationships, veterans/military families and first responders.
I use integrative techniques such as yoga, mindfulness, mind-body medicine and energy healing, when appropriate. These techniques are helpful in supporting more traditional talk therapy and psychotherapy.
