My experience working with clients has involved Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based approaches while incorporating psychodynamic therapy elements to achieve a deeper understanding beyond symptom reduction. I am particularly interested in utilizing creative art therapy, exploring attachment theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
