I work with adults including individuals, couples and families. I use an eclectic approach in therapy including interventions utilizing CBT, IFST, Mindfulness, IMAGO, Motivational Interviewing and Harm-Reduction models. My specialties include ADHD, mood and anxiety diagnoses, family and relationship challenges, substance use, trauma, and self-acceptance.
