Hello. My hope as your therapist is to create a safe and comfortable place for children, teens, adults and families to learn new skills to communicate and manage their emotions and free themselves of the burdens of the past they carry and the negative thought and behavioral cycles that trap them in a life that does not allow them to reach their goals and experience the maximum amount of joy in their lives.
I have worked with children and their families for over 25 years. I have also worked with adults wanting to work through their childhood trauma and reduce the impact on their current lives. I have extensive training in evidence based practices that allows me to help with a variety of challenges.
My goal is to provide individualized treatment that is tailored to your needs. I am a very flexible therapist and strive to remove all barriers that can impede treatment. I work hard to make sure sessions are comfortable, provide concrete new skills to practice and are enjoyable for both children and adults.
