Hi, I'm Nicole. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training and experience providing trauma informed care and neurodivergent affirming care. I am not here to fix you; I am here to collaborate with you to discover your unique strengths, interests, and support needs. I can support you in not only addressing your symptoms, but deepening the understanding that you have of yourself and your family. I integrate mindfulness, parts work, therapeutic play, and self compassion skills to aid in processing, healing, and emotion regulation.
I recognize it can be difficult to start therapy for the first time or perhaps you are returning after taking a break for a while. Regardless of where you are in your journey it would be my honor to join with you in discovering and fostering the skills and resources you have within yourself to heal and thrive.
