I believe a person-centered, strengths-based perspective provides an important foundation to support clients as we navigate difficult issues. I use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities that suit each client's needs, to support and guide individuals in moving forward and reaching their goals.
Creating and fostering a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for each client is a priority for me. I strive to work with each client to develop skills that support their own growth, as each individual is unique in how they view and interact with the world. Clients have shared that they feel affirmed, respected, and empowered in our sessions.
