I have a straightforward approach to therapy which is solution-focused and effective. I specialize in treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and a variety of other diagnoses or situational issues. I provide individual and marital/couples counseling. I can work with you to improve the quality of your life.
I have an informal, relatable, yet professional style that makes people feel comfortable. While I use a variety of treatment modalities, I use a fair amount of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which differs slightly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will focus on your strengths, and provide tools for working with your areas of struggle.
My office is located in a bungalow on the first floor, which is exclusively my office. I have no lobby or waiting room area, so please wait to ring the doorbell until the time of your appointment. Then come on in for a cup of hot coffee, cold water, or herbal tea!
