I specialize in grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, narcissistic abuse, moral injury, and spiritual abuse. I am a Licensed Social Worker and a Certified DBT Counselor. Because each person has unique experiences, stories, and motivations, I also incorporate other approaches to therapy, including Internal Family Systems, Attachment, and Polyvagal Theory.
