I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I've been providing psychotherapy to clients for more than eight years. While my early training and experience led me to work with children and adolescents, my primary focus is working with adults and couples. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and addictions. I hold a certification with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
My specialty is working with men and women struggling with sexual addiction, pornography addiction, and love addiction. I also work with betrayed partners of sex addicts with an emphasis on treating betrayal trauma. For couples who have been impacted by sexual addiction and infidelity, I provide support and structure to begin the process of restoring trust.
My style is relational, warm, and direct. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques to address concrete goals. I maximize the therapeutic relationship to make real-time interventions based on interpersonal feedback. Working with clients is truly a life passion and I am honored to sit with clients at any stage of their own healing process.
