I have formal training in Psychodynamic, Brainspotting (Phases 1-4), EMDR, Parts Work, Somatic, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ADOS-2 Autism Assessment, and I am Certified in Hypnotherapy.
I specialize in treating trauma, grief and loss (including abandonment and break-ups), anxiety, and depression, and utilize creative and expressive arts, as well as visualization and mindfulness to promote insight and regulation.
