I am a psychodynamic therapist and life explorer, who would be honored to listen and walk beside you on your healing journey. I provide reflection and offer guidance and support as you navigate your past and present in order to lead you to the future you deserve. I serve teens and adults who are survivors and thrivers. I can provide virtual services to clients living in the states of California (virtually) or Oregon.

I specialize in working with teens and adults who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, peer conflict, relationship or family issues, body image issues, self esteem issues, and life transitions.

I am a multi racial therapist who will honor your story. I have additional training in trauma recovery, alcohol and drug treatment, and family therapy. I am LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming.
