Hello, my name is Nicole. I believe that clients are the best experts in being aware of how their mental health symptoms and stressors affect their lives. I want to work with you in helping you navigate your stressors and mental health concerns. I use a whole-person approach that supports your mind and overall wellness. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or trying to cope with life stressors, I am here to support and work with you as you navigate these issues.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that when addressing a client’s concerns, it should not be a one size fit approach for clinical interventions, therefore, I utilize techniques that best fit my client's needs.
